New review features: rate employees on core values and individual strategic assignments. Weights will be added to KRA categories and calculated accordingly for performance review section rating

Training sign up and HR approval process: employees will be able to sign up or request training to be added to schedule per HR approval

New simple interface: userability just got better. The new cleaner BLOOM interface and features eliminate steps and make functionaility a breeze.

Upcoming Free Upgrades

Succession planning module: employees and managers will have the ability to select target positions and rate progress for advancement. Role and employee names will be placed on a 9 box matrix based on potential and performance in the organization
Expanded employee profiles: employees can upload photo, internal contact information, past education and experience, hobbies and interests to share with peers
BLOOM Board: employees share professional goals and give peer feedback with this fun and interactive tools for collaborating about ideas and progress to build morale and support throughout the organization

360 talent reviews: soon multi-raters will have input to employee performance and feedback using our proprietary talent review process that integrates strategic initiatives, development goals, competencies and role key results areas for success.
