Insight Strategic Concepts programs and consulting services are for educational, executive and organizational development purposes. The BLOOM Performance Management System is a web-based SaaS (software as a service) and a monthly fee is required for access. BLOOM users must also adhere to license agreement as stated upon login at https://www.bloomware.com/core/terms.asp. Implementation and results of Insight services and software are the responsibility of the client's actions and commitment to execute. Therefore, results are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy for Services

If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may discontinue use of Insight Strategic Concepts services and programs within 30 days and must pay for actual services and return any proprietary materials and intellectual capital to Insight Strategic Concepts.

BLOOM Performance Management System - this web-based system is provided by users logging into the SaaS system at www.bloomware.com and utilizing the assigned unique password. Each user much reassign a unique password that only he/she knows and must answer the secret security question. The website is a secure SSL system and is PCI compliant.

Consulting Services – consulting services are delivered per the terms and conditions provided in a custom proposal developed for each client.
