Following are the sequenced steps for setting up the system. Note that only steps 3 and 4 are required to start using this system. These two steps will get you ready for implementing manager and self reviews based on role requirements in no time. You simply need to define the areas of the employee's performance that you want to rate. Then you can go back and implement the remaining steps below when you are ready.

At the start of your project, for no additional charge, our Implementation Specialist will work with you to customize a timeline to establish your completion goals for each stage. We will contact you to check-in on your progress, as well as answer any questions that you have.
Most clients, regardless of employee count, fully implement all steps of BLOOM within 90 days. This accounts for typical delays that may exist for getting feedback from managers about role descriptions and the time needed for training managers and employees on the system. If you have all of the information required ready to go, you will see even greater ease with going live.
Most clients implement BLOOM on their own. Our team is very responsive in answering questions that guide you along the way. The only time clients typcially ask for our involvement is when they need help uploading information into the system because they lack the administrative resources to get it done. Otherwise, clients understand the process and even regularly turn us down for training because the system is so easy to use.
