The designer of BLOOM, Shelley founded Insight Strategic Concepts® Inc. in 1999 and the BLOOM performance optimization system in 2002. Shelley is BLOOM’s chief designer and visionary. She oversees individual client implementations and project mapping as an input to all client setups, training, customer service, new product development, and leads the company’s sales and marketing initiatives.
Michael Connelly
Lead Developer, Co-Founder
The developer of BLOOM, Michael has 18 years of experience in accounting and software development in the fields of government, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profits, and small business including start-ups. Michael oversees server setup and maintenance, programming new BLOOM features into the platform, technical service, and data management.
Julie Warner Miccichi
Director of Business Development
Julie has a background in software consulting and small business start up. She has 15 years experience designing and implementing software solutions that maximize efficiencies and profits for medium and large corporations. She is responsible for the sales and marketing business development of BLOOM. Her role is to convey how BLOOM is a feature-rich and affordable solution and she builds partnerships to serve organizations in search of a simple talent management technology solution.
