We have installed a new feature to allow you to configure how Pay Data appears (or not appears) on the Print Review form.  You can toggle this on/off in a variety of ways to best suit your workflow needs.

By Default, View Pay Data on Review is OFF.

Available from ADMIN > System > Pay Access

Go to the View Pay Data on Review section. (2nd line)

You will see two options: Pending/Completed and Completed Only.  Toggling these on/off will determine if pay data will appear on the printed form based on status.

  • Off: Pay Data will never appear
  • Pending/Completed: Pay Data will appear on all reviews
  • Competed: Pay Data appears only when review is completed.

If you have turned on the viewing, the following security levels will determine how pay data is viewed.  This gives you flexibility to print off reviews for 1:1 reviews prior to completion, but not have the pay data appear on the form.

  • Admins: Always see Pay Data.
  • Managers: Will see pay data if their role code can view subordinate pay data.  You turn this on and off in the role code pay access on this same screen.
  • Employees: Will see pay data on the form for COMPLETED REVIEWS ONLY if Employee view data is set to On.  You turn on/off the employee viewing their own pay data on this screen.  This is across the board for all employees.

EXAMPLE 1:   I want my managers to be able to print reviews with the pay data while they are sitting down with their employee.  This meeting takes place before HR approves the review.

  • Set Pending/Completed to ON.
  • Set the managers role codes View Subordinate Pay Data to On.

EXAMPLE 2:   I want my managers and employees to only print reviews with the pay data after HR approves the review.

  • Set Employee View Pay Data to ON
  • Set View Pay Data on Review Completed Only status to ON.
  • Set the managers role codes View Subordinate Pay Data to On.
