New Learning Features Make Sign Up & Monitoring a Breeze
This week BLOOM launched new features in the Learning Management module including greater ease and tracking tools for assigning and monitoring training classes, programs and activities to employees. Here are the highlights:
Learning sign up process for employees: employees can directly sign up for classes via the company training schedule or their individual training record by clicking Register Now to start the approval process.
HR and manager learning approval process: for each class, determine whether manager approval is required in addition to HR. Then once an employee signs up, managers and HR will receive inbox notices to approve learning activities to keep the process moving forward.
Load learning files and links: provide more details to your learning classes, programs and activities by directing employees to documents and online links needed for completing learning assignments.
New online reports for easy monitoring: Track learning completed and due by employee and by class to improve completion rates and to make scheduling easier.
Expanded grading options: track scores, grades, pass/fail, credits, hours and GPA results for training classes and activities. Accumulate hours and credits to show overall learning results.
