New Performance Review Notification to Update Role Requirements


BLOOM added a new feature to notify employees and managers at the time of a review if a person's role description  has been updated since the last performance review.  

Per the notification below, employees and managers have the option to approve whether the new role requirements should be imported into the pending review.  The only time that the role requirements might not be chosen to be imported into the review is 1) if the employee was recently hired or 2) if the role description was changed for new requirements just prior to when the pending review is due and the employee has not had the opportunity to perform those requirements and be reviewed.

Otherwise, we recommend that the new requirements be approved so that the performance review includes the latest role requirements.
