We are excited to launch a new employee recognition feature called BLOOM Buzz that posts Kudos and Feedback shared among your employees!

KUDOS:

Allows fellow employees to socialize and give Kudos for all to see!

FEEDBACK:

Allows public or private Feedback for praise or constructive feedback about how employees can maintain or improve performance.

Kudos and Feedback can even be associated to your:

  • Organization Core Values
  • Incomplete Learning Activities
  • Open employee development Goals that are marked public

VIEWING KUDOS/FEEDBACK

DASHBOARD

All employees will see the latest organization Kudos on their Dashboard. From the Dashboard, any employee in the system can:Give Kudos

  • Leave Feedback (Public or Private)
  • View all Kudos
  • Leave a Comment for a specific employee Kudos

Employees are notified on the Dashboard if they have any new Kudos to view.

VIEW ALL KUDOS IN THE ORGANIZATION

All employees can find the latest KUDOS in the Organization section. Kudos for the past 30 days will be posted.

Managers and Administrators have the ability to delete and edit any Kudos/Feedback and Comments.

EMPLOYEES VIEW THEIR OWN KUDOS/FEEDBACK


Employees will find a Kudos/Feedback link in their employee Myself menus. Here they will see an integrated feed of all Kudos and Feedback listed by date.

By default, each Kudos/Feedback is marked as "Unread" to the employee. Clicking the MARK AS READ marks the item as "Read".

THE KUDOS/FEEDBACK PROCESS

Click the blue GIVE KUDOS button or gray LEAVE FEEDBACK button and select an employee name.

KUDOS:

Enter the Kudos. Employees may also apply the Kudos to any specific organization Core Value, Goal, or Learning Activity currently assigned to the employee.

FEEDBACK:

This is similar to Kudos. The main difference is the Feedback can be Private. This means other employees will NOT be able to see the feedback. This allows for private communication to employees from his/her manager, instructor, peer, mentor or HR administrator.

COMMENTS:

After a Kudos or Feedback is posted, other employees may post additional comments to further extend praise and comments.

KUDOS/FEEDBACK ON THE REVIEWS

View Kudos/Feedback on an employee review. Employees and managers will find this information displayed in the Manager review forms when Kudos/Feedback is associated to a Goal or Learning Activity.

You may also view all Kudos/Feedback from the Review Tools menu.

GOALS & LEARNING ACTIVITY PRIVACY

Employees have the ability to mark their information as PRIVATE. This hides the individual Goal or Learning Activity from the Kudos or Feedback selection process. By default, all current and new Goals are marked as PRIVATE and Learning Activities are marked as PUBLIC.
